Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using zunoform.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. The Service

Zunoform lets you build forms, surveys, and quizzes, collect responses, and deliver them to connected integrations. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Business) as described on our pricing page. We may improve or modify features over time.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Your content & responses

You own the forms you build and the responses you collect. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and deliver that content as the Service requires. You are the data controller for responses collected through your forms and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them and for honoring respondents’ privacy rights. Where you process personal data subject to GDPR or similar laws, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• collect passwords, card numbers, or government identifiers through forms;
• send spam, run phishing, or impersonate others;
• distribute malware or content that is illegal, or that infringes others’ rights;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove forms or accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

6. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment providers (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy / Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period, and we do not refund the unused part of that period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a paid plan.
• If a plan lapses, plan-gated features (e.g. custom domains, branding removal) revert to Free-plan behavior; your data is not deleted.

7. Integrations

Connecting third-party services (Google, Slack, HubSpot, etc.) is optional and subject to those services’ own terms. We store connection tokens encrypted and use them only to deliver your data as configured. We are not responsible for third-party service behavior or outages.

8. Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available and fast but provide it “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimize disruption.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Upon termination we will, on request, provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
