Every hop loses people, the answers live in one tool and the appointment in another, and nobody can tell which no-show came from which lead source. What makes it work
Double-booking is structurally impossible
Slots aren't just filtered in the browser — they're claimed atomically through a unique constraint in the database. If two people confirm the same slot at the same instant, the second request is rejected with a clear message rather than quietly creating a conflict you find out about later.
Availability respects the calendar you already keep
Free/busy is read from the connected Google or Outlook calendar, so a meeting you accepted five minutes ago removes that slot. Both calendar integrations are on the free plan.
Ask anything before the slot
Because it's a form first, the questions in front of the scheduler can be anything — budget, use case, file uploads, conditional branches that skip irrelevant sections. You can route unqualified respondents to an ending page instead of your calendar.

Add a payment field and the same form collects context, books the time, and charges a deposit through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Payment fields need the $14.99 plan; the scheduler itself doesn't.

Can two people book the same time slot?
No. Slot claims are enforced by a unique constraint in the database, so simultaneous bookings can't both succeed — the second one is rejected rather than double-booking you.
Do I still need Calendly?
Not for booking from a form. Calendly is a better standalone booking page with more meeting types and team routing; Zunoform is better when the questions matter as much as the time, since both arrive together.
Can I charge for the appointment?
