Zunoform vs Google Forms,
without the spin

We make Zunoform, so you know which way we lean. What we can promise: every Google Forms number below came off their own pricing page on the date shown, and the section about where they beat us is real.

The short version

Google Forms is free and unlimited, and no comparison table changes that. It's the right answer for internal surveys, class quizzes, and any form where nobody cares what it looks like. Zunoform is for the forms your customers see: the ones that need your branding rather than Google's footer, that take payments in the same step as the order, that book a meeting, or that ask questions conditionally without exploding into a section per branch.

Where Google Forms wins

Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.

Pick Google Forms if: you're collecting straightforward survey, registration, or quiz responses, you live in Sheets, and you don't need payments or brand control.

Where Google Forms frustrates people

Where Zunoform is the better pick

Nobody outgrows Google Forms because of volume — it's unlimited. They outgrow it at the moment a form becomes customer-facing: when the Google footer looks unprofessional on a client intake, when an order form can't actually take the money, or when conditional logic needs to hide one question rather than jump a whole section.

Zunoform vs Google Forms FAQ

Is Google Forms really unlimited and free?

Yes. Any Google account can create unlimited forms and collect unlimited responses at no cost, and paying for Workspace adds essentially nothing Forms-specific. The limits are on capability, not volume.

Can Google Forms collect payments?

Not natively, on any plan. You'd add a third-party Marketplace add-on that connects to Stripe, or link out to an external checkout — either way the payment happens outside the form. Zunoform's payment field charges inside the form using your own Stripe or PayPal keys.

Can I remove the Google branding?

No. The "neither created nor endorsed by Google" footer appears on every form on every plan. Removing branding on Zunoform is $14.99/month.

Can I move a Google Form into Zunoform?

Yes — there's a built-in Google Forms importer. Connect your Google account, paste the form's edit link, and the questions, options, and required settings are rebuilt automatically. You'll want to export existing responses from Google separately; the importer moves the form, not the data.
