Where Youform wins
Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.

Pick Youform if: you run high volumes of unbranded forms, need zero response caps more than anything else, and Stripe-only payments are fine.
Where Youform frustrates people
- Everything you'd upgrade for — branding removal, payments, custom domains — sits behind one $29/month step (or $20 on annual). There's no middle tier, so a solo user who just wants their logo on a form pays business-tool prices.
- Stripe is the only payment processor. No PayPal, which rules it out in markets where PayPal is how people actually pay.
- The API is read-only for forms — their help docs state you cannot create forms through it, and update and delete are still on the roadmap.
- Free is single-user with a 10MB file upload limit, so any team collaboration means the $29 tier.
- The template library is noticeably smaller than established competitors', which shows up in reviews as more building from scratch.

Their pricing page publishes no response or form cap on free, subject to a fair-usage policy for file storage whose thresholds aren't published. Free is single-user, caps uploads at 10MB, and shows Youform branding on your forms.
