This is a native integration, so there is a Connect button in the builder and nothing to install.
Connect Slack
Click Connect on the Slack card in the form's Integrations tab and approve the workspace.
Pick the channel
Choose any channel the app can post to. If it is a private channel, invite the app to it first, the same as you would a person.
Enable and publish
Turn the integration on and publish. The next completed response posts within seconds.
What arrives on the other side
One message per response, showing the form name and each question with its answer on its own line, so triage happens in the channel rather than after a click-through. The channel is configured per form, not per workspace, so one Slack connection can send support requests to one channel and demo requests to another. Zunoform asks Slack only for permission to post messages — it does not request read access to your conversations.
When it fires, and what happens if it fails
Every action on this page fires on a completed response, not on a partial one. The response is stored in Zunoform first and delivered from a queue, so a failure on the far side is retried rather than dropped. One thing to plan for: responses collected before you switch the integration on are not replayed. Delivery starts from the moment it is enabled, and anything earlier stays in your dashboard for CSV export.
