Add a row to Google Sheets when someone completes your form
Point a form at a spreadsheet and each completed response appends as a new row, seconds after it is submitted. The header row is written from your questions the first time a response arrives, so you do not set up columns by hand. It runs on the free plan.
Included on the free plan — 500 responses a month, one seat, no card required.
Four steps, start to finish
This is a native integration, so there is a Connect button in the builder and nothing to install.
Open the form's Integrations tab
In the builder, switch to Integrations and click Connect on the Google Sheets card. Google asks you to approve access to the spreadsheet you pick.
Choose or create the spreadsheet
Select an existing sheet, or let Zunoform create one named after your form. Creating it here is the shorter path, since the header row then matches your questions exactly.
Turn the integration on
Toggle it on and publish the form. Nothing is written until a response is actually completed, so a half-filled form does not leave a stray row.
Submit one response yourself
Fill the form in once and watch the row appear. This is also how you confirm the column split matches what you expected before real responses start arriving.
What arrives on the other side
One row per response, columns in your form's question order. Multi-part answers are split rather than crammed into one cell: a contact field becomes first name, last name, email, phone, and company columns; an address becomes its individual lines; a matrix question becomes one column per row. Submission time comes along as its own column. File uploads arrive as URLs in the cell, not as embedded files — the spreadsheet holds a link you click, which is worth knowing before you build a formula that expects a filename.
When it fires, and what happens if it fails
Every action on this page fires on a completed response, not on a partial one. The response is stored in Zunoform first and delivered from a queue, so a failure on the far side is retried rather than dropped. One thing to plan for: responses collected before you switch the integration on are not replayed. Delivery starts from the moment it is enabled, and anything earlier stays in your dashboard for CSV export.
Questions people ask
What happens if I add a question after responses have started?
New answers need a column to land in. Check the sheet after you change the form and add the column if it is missing, rather than assuming the header row rewrites itself on every response.
Will responses I already collected be added to the sheet?
No. Delivery starts when you enable the integration; earlier responses stay in your Zunoform dashboard and can be exported as CSV and pasted in if you want them in the same file.
Does this cost anything?
No. Google Sheets is one of the free-plan integrations, along with Zoho CRM, Zapier, calendar sync, webhooks, and email notifications. The free plan covers 500 responses a month with no card.
