Send form responses to Google Sheets — free
Connect a form to a spreadsheet and every completed response appends as a new row while people are still filling it in. No exports, no CSV downloads, no copy-paste. It works on the free plan, which is where most form-to-Sheets workflows live.
Included on the free plan — 500 responses/month, no card required.
Setting it up takes about a minute
Open the form's Integrations tab
In the builder, switch to Integrations and click Connect on the Google Sheets card. You'll be sent to Google to approve access to the spreadsheet you choose.
Pick or create the spreadsheet
Choose an existing sheet or let Zunoform create one named after your form. The header row is written from your questions the first time a response arrives.
Publish and watch rows appear
Toggle the integration on and publish. Every completed response is queued and appended within seconds; a failed delivery retries rather than being dropped.
What arrives on the other side
One row per response, with columns in your form's question order. Multi-part answers split into separate columns rather than one crowded cell — a contact field becomes first name, last name, email, phone, and company; an address becomes its individual lines; a matrix becomes one column per row. Submission time comes along too.
What people use it for
- A lead form feeding a sheet your sales team already filters and sorts
- Event signups where volunteers need a live list without dashboard logins
- Any workflow where someone downstream wants to pivot the data themselves
Questions people ask
Is the Google Sheets integration free?
Yes. Google Sheets is one of the integrations available on the free plan, alongside Zoho CRM, Zapier, calendar sync, and webhooks. No card required.
Do old responses get sent to the sheet?
No — delivery starts from the moment you connect and enable the integration. Responses collected earlier stay in your Zunoform dashboard and can be exported as CSV.
What happens if Google is unreachable?
The delivery is retried rather than dropped. Your response is stored in Zunoform first and pushed to Sheets from a queue, so a Google outage delays the row without losing the answer.
