Send form responses to an Airtable base

Responses append as records in the base and table you specify. Airtable connects with a personal access token rather than OAuth, so there's no app approval step to wait on.

Available on Pro, $14.99/month. Free plan includes Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, Zapier, calendar sync, webhooks, and email.

Setting it up takes about a minute

01

Create a personal access token

In Airtable, create a token with write access to the base you want to use, then copy it.

02

Paste the token, base ID, and table name

Add all three on the Airtable card in the form's Integrations tab. The base ID is in your Airtable URL.

03

Enable and publish

Turn the integration on. Completed responses append as records in that table.

What arrives on the other side

One record per response in the table you named, with fields matched to your form's questions.
