Click Connect on the Notion card and approve access. Notion asks you to select which pages or databases Zunoform may write to.
Choose the database
Pick the database responses should land in. Properties are matched to your form's questions by name.
Enable and publish
Toggle the integration on. New responses appear as database rows, ready for your existing views and filters.
