Spreadsheets

Send form responses to an Excel workbook

Rows append to an Excel workbook in your OneDrive as responses come in. It's the Microsoft-stack equivalent of the Sheets integration, and it rides the same Microsoft connection as Outlook calendar sync.

Available on Pro, $14.99/month. Free plan includes Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, Zapier, calendar sync, webhooks, and email.

Setting it up takes about a minute

01

Connect your Microsoft account

Click Connect on the Excel card and authorize access to your OneDrive files.

02

Choose the workbook

Pick an existing workbook or let Zunoform create one. A real .xlsx file has to exist before rows can be written, so creating it here saves a step.

03

Enable and publish

Turn it on and publish. Responses append as rows in that workbook.

What arrives on the other side

One row per response in the workbook, with columns following your form's question order — the same column-splitting behavior as the Sheets integration.

What people use it for

Questions people ask

Which plan includes Excel?

Excel is a Pro plan integration at $14.99/month. Google Sheets is on the free plan if you're flexible about which spreadsheet tool you use.

Does this need a separate Microsoft connection from Outlook Calendar?

No — Excel and Outlook Calendar sync share the same Microsoft app connection, so authorizing once covers both.
