Add form respondents to a Mailchimp audience
Add or update a contact in the selected audience from a completed signup. The native connection does not filter consent answers, request double opt-in or synchronize topic preferences.
Available on Pro, $14.99/month. Free plan includes Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, Zapier, calendar sync, webhooks, and email.
Setting it up takes about a minute
Connect Mailchimp
Click Connect on the Mailchimp card and authorize your account.
Pick the audience
Choose which audience new respondents join. Make sure your form asks for an email address.
Enable and publish
Enable only when the form purpose matches the subscription behavior. Test a controlled audience and address, then inspect the resulting member status and fields.
What arrives on the other side
An audience member request using the first matching email answer and a detected name when available. New contacts are requested as subscribed; existing subscription status is not explicitly changed. Consent fields, tags, interests and frequency preferences are not mapped.
What people use it for
- Dedicated newsletter requests with separately reviewed sending arrangements
- Newsletter signups embedded across a site, all feeding one audience
- Separate newsletter signup forms alongside event registration
Questions people ask
Which plan includes Mailchimp?
Mailchimp is available on the Pro plan at $14.99/month.
Does this handle consent?
No. A consent answer does not filter native delivery. Leave this connection disabled on mixed-purpose forms where people can decline the newsletter. Double opt-in and preference mapping require a separately configured and verified workflow.
