Create a Zap with a Webhooks trigger
In Zapier, start a Zap with the "Webhooks by Zapier" trigger set to Catch Hook, then copy the URL it gives you.
Paste the URL into Zunoform
Add it on the Zapier card in the form's Integrations tab. Only zapier.com URLs over HTTPS are accepted.
Submit a test response and map fields
Send one response so Zapier can see the payload shape, then map the fields onto whatever action you want — a CRM record, a document, a message.
What arrives on the other side
A JSON payload per response at your catch hook, with the answers available to map onto any Zapier action.
