App Store Review Funnel template

The classic review funnel in five fields: everyone rates their experience, then logic splits the traffic. Four and five stars jump straight to a friendly ask to leave an App Store or Google Play review; three stars and under get a vent box that goes to your product team instead. Happy users boost your public rating while frustrated ones reach you privately, before the store hears about it.

Questions people ask

Is it allowed to ask happy users for app store reviews?

Asking for reviews is fine; what Apple and Google prohibit is offering incentives for them or misrepresenting the prompt. This funnel simply asks satisfied users and gives unhappy ones a private channel — both allowed.

How does the form show different questions based on the rating?

Jump logic: ratings of 4 or 5 skip the complaint box and land on the review request, while 3 and below get the complaint box and never see the review ask. Both rules are editable in Zunoform's logic panel.

Does this template need a paid plan?

No — ratings, statements, and jump logic all work on the free plan, which includes 500 responses per month. That covers a lot of review-funnel traffic for an indie app.
