Tips to get more from it
- The problem question is required and the workaround phrasing is deliberate — a described workaround proves the pain is real and shows you the shape of the fix. Keep that description even if you rewrite the rest.
- Replace the placeholder areas in the dropdown (Dashboard, Editor, Integrations, and so on) with your product's actual surfaces; it allows Other for anything you missed.
- The impact question separates blocking from nice-to-have in the requester's own words. Export responses as CSV and sort by that column before roadmap meetings — it's a ready-made priority triage.
