Product Match Quiz template
A three-question quiz that scores answers as they're given and shows the running total live. Each choice carries points — team size, form volume, integration needs — accumulating into a score variable that appears right in the results screen via the live score placeholder, mapping the total to a recommended plan. It's the fastest way to see Zunoform's variables and scoring in action.

When to use this template
- A which-plan-fits-you widget on a SaaS pricing page, replacing a static comparison table with a guided answer
- An e-commerce product finder — a coffee roaster scoring taste questions to land on the right bag
- A lead qualifier where the score doubles as a fit grade for the sales team reading the CSV export
- Any quiz where the result is a bucket (starter, pro, business) rather than a single right answer
Tips to get more from it
- Each answer option carries a point value, and the totals land in a score variable. The results statement references that score with a live placeholder and states the thresholds — over 120 means Business, under 60 means Starter — so if you edit the point values, recalculate and rewrite those cutoffs to match.
- Variables are enabled in this template's settings; that's what makes the running score work. Duplicate the pattern with your own variable names for multi-dimension quizzes, like scoring fit and urgency separately.
- The template ships with a warm cream theme, Poppins, violet accents, and a zoom page transition. All of it is editable in the design panel — the scoring logic doesn't care what the quiz looks like.
Questions people ask
How do I make a quiz that recommends a product?
Assign points to each answer option, accumulate them in a variable, and map score ranges to recommendations at the end. This template has that wired up across three questions, so you can rename things rather than build from scratch.
Can the quiz show the score to the person taking it?
Yes — the results screen displays the live score using a placeholder that updates from the score variable. You can reference variables like that in any text field of the form.
Is scoring available on the free plan?
Yes. Variables and scored choices work on Zunoform's free plan, and results — including each respondent's final score — export as CSV.
