Tips to get more from it

The photo upload accepts up to three images at 10 MB each and is image-only, so nobody attaches a PDF by accident. Ask for photos that show the product in use, and confirm permission before publishing customer images.
The headline field's prompt shows an example of the punchy one-liner you want. Swap the example for one from your actual product category to steer reviewers.
Use the recommend question to understand satisfaction, not to hide critical reviews. Apply a consistent moderation policy to positive and negative feedback, and remove private contact details before publishing.
