Quote Request template
This quote request form template collects everything an estimate needs — scope description, quantities, deadline, and contact details — with one clever branch: it asks whether the requester has a budget in mind, and only shows the budget-range question to people who say yes. Nobody gets interrogated about numbers they don't have, and you still capture budget signal when it exists.

The questions this template ships with — rename, reorder, or delete any of them in the builder.
When to use this template
- A print shop quoting banners and signage, where quantity and deadline change the price more than anything else
- Freelance developers and designers who want scope in writing before the first call
- A landscaping company fielding spring cleanup requests and triaging by project size
- Manufacturers quoting custom runs where units and lead time drive the estimate
Tips to get more from it
- The budget branch is a skip rule on the "Do you have a budget in mind?" question — answer "Not yet" and the range question never appears. Open the Logic tab to see or retune it.
- Edit the budget ranges to match your actual pricing tiers; the defaults run from under $1,000 to $25,000+.
- The long-answer scope question does the heavy lifting. Its helper text nudges for detail — keep that, because vague scope means quote revisions later.
- The date field ("When do you need this by?") lets you triage the queue by deadline instead of first-come-first-served.
