Tips to get more from it

Ranking beats multi-select for roadmaps because every voter must put something last. Replace the five placeholder options (offline mode, public API, custom dashboards, permissions, dark mode) with your real candidates, and keep the list at five or six — long lists get random tails.
The why-the-top-pick question is where the roadmap insight actually lives. Two users can rank the same feature first for incompatible reasons, and the anything-missing question catches the option you should have listed.
Cross-tab rankings against the how-long-have-you-used-it question in the CSV export — if newcomers and veterans want different things, that's a positioning finding, not just a roadmap one.

How do I let users vote on my product roadmap?

Give them a fixed list of candidate features to rank — not an open suggestion box. This template uses a drag-to-rank question over five features plus one open question about what the top pick would unlock.

Should roadmap votes be anonymous?

Make identification optional, as this template does — the email field exists so voters can hear when their pick ships, but the vote counts without it. You'll get more honest rankings that way.
