Zunoform vs Wufoo,
without the spin
We make Zunoform, so you know which way we lean. What we can promise: every Wufoo number below came off their own pricing page on the date shown, and the section about where they beat us is real.
The short version
Wufoo's free plan includes something ours does not — an API, at 100 requests a day — and its top tier goes to 200,000 entries a month and 60 seats, well past anything we sell. Where it gets uncomfortable is everything between those two facts. The free plan caps forms at 10 fields with no conditional logic, and payments need the $33.25 Professional plan, which carries the same 5,000 monthly responses as our $14.99 one. Add a booking question you cannot have at any price, and the middle of the ladder is where most people find us cheaper.

Where Wufoo wins
Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.
- API access is on the free plan — 100 requests a day, rising past 10,000 on paid tiers. Almost no free tier includes an API at all, and ours certainly does not: Zunoform's public REST API is a $24.99 Business feature. If you want to build against a form programmatically without paying anyone, Wufoo is the answer on this page.
- The ceiling is much higher than ours. Ultimate carries 200,000 entries a month and 60 users; our Business plan stops at 25,000 and 10 seats. There is a real size of organization that Wufoo serves and we simply do not.
- The middle of the ladder is competitive on volume. Professional at $33.25 a month billed annually gives 5,000 entries a month with 5 users — the same monthly volume as our $14.99 Pro plan, with two more seats.
- Four paid tiers between $16.25 and $210.25 is an unusually granular ladder. You can buy close to the volume you actually need instead of jumping five times over in a single step, which is a real complaint about most competitors here including us.
Pick Wufoo if: you want an API on a free plan, or you need entry volume and seat counts at the top end that our $24.99 Business plan does not reach.
Where Wufoo frustrates people
- The free plan caps forms at 10 fields. Not ten questions pooled across the account — ten fields per form, across 5 forms, at 100 entries a month. A contact form asking for name, email, phone, company and a message has already used half of that.
- Conditional logic is not on the free plan. Form rules start at Starter, so the free tier is a static form with no branching. Zunoform includes conditional logic on every plan, free included, along with quiz scoring and file uploads.
- Payments need Professional at $33.25 a month billed annually. That is more than twice our $14.99, and both plans give you 5,000 responses a month.
- There is no booking question. A form that ends in "pick a time" needs a second tool and a second subscription. Zunoform's scheduler is a native question type with Google and Outlook calendar sync and a unique database constraint preventing double-booking, on the free plan.
- Month-to-month pricing is not shown. Every price on their page is the annual rate — $16.25 a month is billed as $195 a year — so paying monthly will cost more than any figure above, and Wufoo does not say how much more.
Where Zunoform is the better pick
The 10-field cap is what sends most people looking. It is not a soft limit you notice at scale — a normal contact form runs into it immediately, and the fix is a paid plan. After that it is conditional logic sitting behind the first paid tier, and payments behind the third at $33.25 a month. If what you value is the free API, none of the alternatives below match it, and that includes us.
Zunoform vs Wufoo FAQ
What does the free Wufoo plan include?
5 forms, 100 entries a month, 1 user, and a hard cap of 10 fields per form. Conditional logic is not included; API access is, at 100 requests a day. Zunoform's free plan is unlimited forms with no field cap, 500 responses a month, plus conditional logic, quiz scoring, file uploads and a meeting scheduler — but no API, which is a $24.99 Business feature for us.
How much does Wufoo cost?
Four paid tiers in USD as of 2026-08-14, all quoted as the annual rate: Starter $16.25 a month ($195/year, 1,000 entries a month, 10 forms, 1 user), Professional $33.25 ($399/year, 5,000 entries, unlimited forms, 5 users), Advanced $83.25 ($999/year, 25,000 entries, 20 users) and Ultimate $210.25 ($2,523/year, 200,000 entries, 60 users). Month-to-month prices are not shown on the page, so paying monthly will cost more.
Does Wufoo have conditional logic on the free plan?
No. Wufoo's form rules start at Starter, $16.25 a month billed annually. The free plan is a static form. Zunoform includes conditional logic on every plan including free, so branching costs nothing.
Wufoo or Zunoform?
Wufoo if you need an API without paying, or if you need 25,000+ entries a month and more than 10 seats. Zunoform if you want conditional logic and a booking question on the free plan, a form with no field cap, payments at $14.99 through your own Stripe or PayPal account with no platform cut, and a conversational layout rather than a paged one.
