The best Zoho Forms alternatives,
honestly compared
Zunoform is one of the alternatives on this page, so read it with that in mind. What you won’t find: a rigged list where we win every row. Zoho Forms is genuinely better for some people, and we say who.
Why people go looking
The usual reason people look past Zoho Forms is not the product, it is the ladder. Free stops at 3 forms. Basic costs money and still leaves Zoho branding on your form with no custom domain. Both of those need Standard, and Zoho will not tell you what Standard costs without a signup. The second reason is shape: Zoho Forms is a paged form, and if you wanted one question at a time you were never going to be happy with it.
- Zoho publishes no prices. We checked the pricing page twice on 2026-08-14, tried a US-locale variant, and read the separate plan comparison: all five tiers, every feature grid, a "/month" label, and no number next to any of it. You cannot compare cost against anything without starting a signup.
- The free plan is 3 forms. Not 3 active forms out of a larger library — 3 in total, at 500 submissions a month. Zunoform's free plan is unlimited forms at the same 500 responses.
- Branding removal and a custom domain both require Standard, which is two tiers above free. Basic is a paid plan that gets neither, so the first paid step buys volume and nothing else.
- What Standard calls a custom domain is a custom domain in the permalink URL rather than a fully branded host for the form.
- There is no meeting scheduler inside the form. Booking a time means sending people to a separate Zoho product. Zunoform has a native scheduler question with Google and Outlook calendar sync and a database constraint that prevents double-booking, on the free plan.

Where Zoho Forms wins
Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.
- If your company already runs on Zoho, this is the path of least resistance and the comparison barely matters. Zoho Forms sits inside Zoho One next to CRM, Desk, Creator and Analytics as first-party software, on one login and one bill. No integration to configure and nothing to break when a token expires.
- Submission volume at the top end is far past anything we sell: 150,000 a month on Premium against 25,000 on our Business plan. If you are collecting at that scale, we are not the product.
- Payment collection is on the free plan — capped at 10 payment submissions, but it is there, and the gateway list includes Razorpay alongside Stripe and PayPal. Our payment fields need the $14.99 plan, and we support Stripe and PayPal only.
- 100 users on Premium against 10 seats on our Business plan. Zoho prices for organizations with a lot of people; we price for small teams, and a 40-person operations department is squarely their buyer and not ours.
Pick Zoho Forms if: your company already runs on Zoho One, your forms feed Zoho CRM or Desk directly, and you need submission volume or seat counts well beyond what a $24.99 plan offers.

Zoho Forms alternatives FAQ
How much does Zoho Forms cost?
Zoho does not say. On 2026-08-14 we checked zoho.com/forms/pricing.html twice and the separate plan-comparison page, and neither displays a figure for Basic, Standard, Professional or Premium — just plan names, feature grids and a "/month" label with nothing beside it. Third-party blogs quote numbers, but those are exactly the sources that go stale, so we have not repeated them here. The published limits are real: Basic is 10,000 submissions a month, Standard 25,000, Professional 75,000, Premium 150,000.
Can I use Zunoform with Zoho CRM?
Yes, and it is free. Zoho CRM is one of the integrations on Zunoform's free plan, alongside Google Sheets, Zapier, Google and Outlook Calendar, webhooks and email. Completed responses create leads or records in the module you choose. You do not need a paid Zunoform plan or a paid Zoho Forms plan to connect the two.
What does the free Zoho Forms plan include?
3 forms, 500 submissions a month, 200MB of storage and 1 user, with field rules (conditional logic) included and payment collection capped at 10 submissions. Zunoform's free plan is unlimited forms at 500 responses a month, also with conditional logic, plus quiz scoring, file uploads and a meeting scheduler.
Zoho Forms or Zunoform?
Zoho Forms if your organization runs on Zoho One, you need more than 25,000 submissions a month, or you need more than 10 seats. Zunoform if you want a conversational form on your own branding, a booking question inside the form, or payments through your own Stripe or PayPal account with no platform cut — and you would still like the responses to land in Zoho CRM, which they will, for free.
Does Zoho Forms remove its branding on a paid plan?
Not on the first one. Branding removal starts at Standard, the second paid tier, which is also where the custom domain appears. Basic is a paid plan that keeps Zoho branding on your forms. Zunoform removes all branding at $14.99 a month and serves forms from your own domain at $24.99.
