NPS Pulse Survey template

NPS the way it was meant to be run: the likely-to-recommend question, one follow-up asking the reason for the score, and nothing else. Thirty seconds, exactly as the welcome screen promises. This version ships with a dark editorial theme — near-black background, teal accents, Instrument Serif — so the survey looks deliberate rather than default.

Questions people ask

How is an NPS score calculated?

Respondents score 0–10 on how likely they are to recommend you. Nines and tens are promoters, sevens and eights are passives, six and below are detractors. NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, giving a score from -100 to 100.

How often should I send an NPS survey?

Quarterly is the common cadence for a full-base pulse; more often risks fatigue. Some teams instead trigger it on milestones — 30 days after signup, or after a renewal — so each customer sees it at a comparable moment.

Do I need a paid plan for an NPS survey on Zunoform?

The NPS field type requires the Pro plan ($14.99/mo) to publish. Pro includes 5,000 responses per month, payment fields, and branding removal; building and previewing the survey is free.
