Party Invitation RSVP template
A party RSVP that stays fun without losing the useful bits: a yes/no, a guest count, a potluck-style "want to bring something?" list, and a song request. Guests who can't make it jump straight to the ending page instead of being marched through questions that no longer apply.

The questions this template ships with — rename, reorder, or delete any of them in the builder.
When to use this template
- A backyard birthday bash where the host needs a headcount for the BBQ order
- A housewarming where guests sign up for snacks, drinks, dessert, or lawn games so you don't end up with five fruit platters
- A holiday party collecting song requests to build the playlist before the night
- A baby shower or graduation party organized over group chat, where a link beats counting thumbs-up reactions
Tips to get more from it
- The "Can you make it?" question drives a jump rule — a "Sadly, I can't make it" answer skips the guest count, potluck list, and song request and goes straight to the ending.
- The guest-count question is a number field described as "not counting yourself," which prevents the classic off-by-one headcount problem.
- The bring-something question is multi-select; tally the CSV export and you will know whether the party is short on drinks before anyone arrives.
- Swap the welcome screen's name, date, and details first — Maya's 30th is placeholder text.
Questions people ask
Do my guests need an account to RSVP?
No — anyone with the link can respond from any device, no signup involved.
Can I see who is bringing what?
Yes. Each response records the guest's name alongside their potluck selections, viewable in the dashboard or exported as CSV.
Is this RSVP form really free?
Yes — the template uses only free field types, and the free plan's 500 responses per month is far more than any party needs.
