Tips to get more from it

The attendance question drives a jump rule — anyone who picks "Regretfully decline" skips the meal and plus-one questions entirely and lands on the closing page.
The plus-one question controls a skip rule on the guest-name field, so solo guests never see it. Edit either question's options and the rule follows the field, not the text position.
The entrée choices render in a two-column grid. Swap in your own menu in the field editor; the grid layout is set on the question's selection settings.
Change the welcome screen's names, date, and reply-by deadline first — they are placeholder text from the template, not pulled from anywhere.
