Tips to get more from it
- The abstract question's description does real work — asking "what will the audience be able to do after your talk?" pushes applicants past buzzword summaries. Keep that framing even if you edit the word count.
- The video link uses a URL field, so malformed links get caught at submission rather than during review.
- The bio question asks for third person, 2–3 sentences, as it would appear in the program — accepted speakers' bios go straight into your site with no rewriting round.
- Export all submissions as CSV once the CFP closes and score them in a spreadsheet; format and audience-level columns make sorting by session type trivial.

The template uses a URL field for a recording link, which keeps submissions lightweight. If you want draft slides, add a file upload question — every field is editable.
