Tips to get more from it

Proof of purchase is a required upload — a claim without a receipt is a support conversation, not a claim. The field accepts one file, image or PDF, up to 10 MB.
The serial-number field's helper text tells customers where to look (the sticker on the base or back). Rewrite it for your actual products; that single line prevents your most common support question.
