Zunoform vs SurveySparrow,
without the spin
We make Zunoform, so you know which way we lean. What we can promise: every SurveySparrow number below came off their own pricing page on the date shown, and the section about where they beat us is real.
The short version
SurveySparrow is the one competitor whose format we share, so let us be precise about where the products actually diverge. They are built for recurring experience measurement — NPS and CSAT programmes, dashboards, key driver analysis, HIPAA on Enterprise — and if that is the job, they do things we do not attempt. Zunoform is built for the individual form: booking a meeting inside it, taking a payment through your own Stripe account, running it on your own domain for $24.99. The practical difference for most people is simpler than any of that: our free plan is 500 responses a month with unlimited forms and conditional logic, theirs is 3 surveys of 10 questions with no logic, and we publish our prices.

Where SurveySparrow wins
Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.
- This is the closest product on any of our comparison pages to what we build. Conversational, one question at a time, and they have been doing it longer than we have. We are not going to claim the format as ours or pretend the resemblance is accidental.
- They sell the programme, not just the survey. NPS, CES and CSAT tracking with workflows, custom dashboards and key driver analysis on top. Zunoform ships an NPS question type; SurveySparrow ships the recurring measurement programme it belongs to, and those are different products.
- HIPAA compliance is available on Enterprise. Zunoform offers no HIPAA BAA at all, so if you are handling protected health information this comparison ends right here and the answer is not us.
- Enterprise includes auto-translation into 130+ languages, and survey translation appears as far down as Starter. We have nothing equivalent at any price.
Pick SurveySparrow if: you are running an ongoing NPS or CSAT programme rather than building individual forms, you need the dashboards and workflows around it, and you are willing to get a quote from sales.
Where SurveySparrow frustrates people
- SurveySparrow publishes no prices. We checked on 2026-08-14, twice, including with a currency parameter, and read their own support-centre pricing article — which links back to the pricing page. Every tier shows a response count, a user count and "Per month • Billed Yearly" with no figure attached.
- Third-party pages quoting SurveySparrow's prices disagree with SurveySparrow's own page on facts you can check. One widely-cited summary lists the Business plan at 50,000 responses; the live pricing page says 36,000. If a blog post is wrong about the number you can verify, treat its prices as unreliable too.
- The free plan is described two different ways on the same page — 75 responses a quarter, and 50 a month after the trial period — across 3 active surveys capped at 10 questions each. Zunoform's free plan is unlimited forms and 500 responses a month with no question cap.
- Conditional logic starts at Basic. Skip and display logic are not in the free plan at all, which for a survey tool is the feature people assume is included. Zunoform includes conditional logic on every plan, free included.
- Custom branding and a custom domain both need Business, the third paid tier. Ours are $14.99 and $24.99, and we will tell you that before you sign up.
Where Zunoform is the better pick
The most common reason for looking is that you cannot find out what it costs. SurveySparrow's pricing page shows response counts and feature lists with no numbers, so an evaluation stalls before it starts. After that it is the free plan — 3 surveys, 10 questions each, no conditional logic — and the fact that custom branding and a custom domain both sit on the third paid tier. If you need a genuine experience-management programme rather than a form, most of the alternatives below, us included, are a step down.
Zunoform vs SurveySparrow FAQ
How much does SurveySparrow cost?
They do not publish it. On 2026-08-14 we checked their pricing page twice, including with a currency parameter, and read their support-centre pricing article: every plan shows a response allowance, a user count and a "Per month • Billed Yearly" label with no number. Getting a figure means starting a trial or contacting sales. Third-party summaries quote prices, but one of them also states the Business plan holds 50,000 responses when the live page says 36,000 — so we have not repeated their numbers.
Does SurveySparrow have a free plan?
Yes, though the allowance is stated two ways on the same page: 75 responses per quarter, and 50 responses a month after the trial period. It covers 3 active surveys with up to 10 questions each, and does not include conditional logic. Zunoform's free plan is unlimited forms, 500 responses a month, no question cap, and conditional logic included.
Is Zunoform a conversational form builder like SurveySparrow?
Yes, and they got there first — we are not going to pretend otherwise. Both present one question at a time. The difference is what surrounds it: SurveySparrow builds recurring experience-measurement programmes with dashboards and key driver analysis, while Zunoform builds individual forms with a native meeting scheduler, payments through your own Stripe or PayPal account, quiz scoring, and 133 templates.
SurveySparrow or Zunoform?
SurveySparrow if you are running an ongoing NPS or CSAT programme, need survey translation, or require HIPAA compliance — we offer no BAA. Zunoform if you are building forms rather than running a measurement programme, want conditional logic and a booking question on the free plan, and would like to see the price before you commit.
