Zunoform vs Qualtrics,
without the spin
We make Zunoform, so you know which way we lean. What we can promise: every Qualtrics number below came off their own pricing page on the date shown, and the section about where they beat us is real.
The short version
We are not really competing with Qualtrics, and a page pretending otherwise would waste your time. Qualtrics sells experience-management programs with research methodology, statistical analysis, and enterprise governance behind them, priced on interactions and mostly quoted by a salesperson. The one price they publish is $420 a month, $5,040 annually, for 1,000 responses. Zunoform is $0 for 500 responses a month and $24.99 for 25,000. If you landed here because a Qualtrics quote arrived and you only ever needed a good-looking form with logic and payments, that gap is the whole answer.

Where Qualtrics wins
Leaving this out would make the rest of the page worthless.
- The research methodology is real and we do not attempt it. StatsIQ, crosstabs, advanced text and sentiment analysis, quota management, and video and audio feedback capture are core Qualtrics features with no equivalent in Zunoform. If your output is a research finding rather than a list of submissions, this comparison is not close.
- Qualtrics is mostly not selling a form builder. Their packages are customer-experience, employee-experience, and brand programs priced on interactions or on employee count. If your job is running a company-wide engagement study across 4,000 staff, a conversational form builder is the wrong shape of tool and we would tell you the same in an email.
- The free account is a genuine research tool inside its envelope: skip, display, and branch logic, 8 question types, 50+ templates, and distribution by email, social, QR code, and anonymous link. Plenty of academic and small-team projects finish inside 3 surveys and 500 responses.
- Enterprise governance is a category we do not compete in. Zunoform has no SSO, no SOC 2 report, and no signed HIPAA BAA. If your security review requires any of those, we are not a candidate and Qualtrics is.
Pick Qualtrics if: you are running formal research or a company-wide customer- or employee-experience program, you need statistical analysis and enterprise governance, and your budget starts in the thousands rather than the tens.
Where Qualtrics frustrates people
- The pricing page publishes no prices. Eight packages, eight Request Pricing buttons. The only public dollar figure sits on a separate buy-online page, which is not where a shopper looks first.
- That published figure is $420 a month, $5,040 billed annually, for 1,000 responses shared across every user on the account. On their own numbers that is roughly $5 per response. Zunoform's Business plan is $24.99 a month for 25,000 responses a month.
- The free account allows 500 responses in total rather than per month, across 3 active surveys of 30 questions each, for a single user. Once you have used them, they are used.
- There is nothing between free and $420 a month. Every competitor on this page has a step in the $10 to $30 range, and Zunoform's is $14.99.
- The 30-day Strategic Research trial expires and downgrades to the free account unless you upgrade with a card, so a project that runs long loses capability partway through.
Where Zunoform is the better pick
People search for Qualtrics alternatives for two different reasons, and they need different answers. If you need the research platform and only balked at the quote, the honest alternatives are other research tools, and we say so below. If you were sent to Qualtrics for something a form builder does — a signup, an application, an order, a feedback form — then almost anything on this page is a better fit than a $5,040 annual contract for 1,000 responses.
Zunoform vs Qualtrics FAQ
How much does Qualtrics cost?
Qualtrics publishes exactly one price: Strategic Research bought online is $420 a month, $5,040 billed annually, for 1,000 responses shared across all users, with unlimited users and surveys. Everything else — the CX, employee-experience, and brand packages, and enterprise Strategic Research — is quote-only. Their main pricing page shows a Request Pricing button under all eight packages and no dollar figures at all.
Is there a free version of Qualtrics?
Yes. The free Qualtrics Surveys account gives a single user 3 active surveys, 30 questions per survey, 8 question types, and 500 responses in total rather than per month. Skip, display, and branch logic are included. Custom branding, the advanced question types, StatsIQ, and dashboards are not.
Qualtrics or Zunoform?
Qualtrics if you need research methodology, statistical analysis, quota management, or enterprise governance — we offer none of those, and no SSO or SOC 2 either. Zunoform if you need a form people finish: conversational layout, conditional logic, quiz scoring, file uploads, and a meeting scheduler on the free plan, with payments through your own Stripe or PayPal account at $14.99 a month.
Why does the Qualtrics pricing page not show prices?
Because most of what Qualtrics sells is priced on usage metrics that vary per customer — interactions for CX products, employee count for employee-experience products, survey responses and minutes of video feedback for research. That is a legitimate model for programs of that size. It is also, for a small team comparing options on a Tuesday afternoon, a real obstacle, and worth knowing before you fill in the form.
