An AI quiz generator writes the questions. You check the answer key.

Not directly. Zunoform's AI quiz maker reads a typed description only: no PDF, slide or image upload, and the description is capped at 2,000 characters, which is roughly 300 words of English. If your source is a long PDF, you have three honest options.

Copy the section you want to test, such as one chapter summary or a list of key terms, into the prompt and say how many questions you want from it. Short, dense source text produces better questions than a whole document anyway, because the model has less room to wander.

The builder's Import questions option reads .txt, .csv and .md files up to 200 KB and 100 questions. In a text file, each question sits on its own line and bulleted lines beneath it become the answer choices. If you already have questions, from a textbook, a colleague or another tool that reads PDFs, this gets them into Zunoform without the AI. The import carries questions and options but not the answer key, so you mark correct answers in the builder afterwards, which doubles as your review pass.

If drafting from a PDF is the whole job, Google Forms with Gemini or Jotform's generator will do it in one step, as the table above shows. That is a fair reason to choose them over Zunoform for this task.

Ask for "a 10-question multiple-choice quiz on fractions for year 6, four options each, mixed difficulty" and the generator returns choice, multi-select or dropdown questions with the correct options marked, a welcome screen and a themed design. Quiz scoring is switched on, and the results screen is set to show the score and an answer recap.

Two safeguards run before anything is saved. A correct-answer mark only survives if it matches one of the question's options exactly, so a mismatch shows up as an unmarked question in the builder rather than silent wrong grading. Point values are clamped to a sane range. What the generator does not do is fact-check itself, set grade boundaries (the list comes back empty, which means the default A+ to F scale applies) or decide your pass mark.

Scoring is where a quiz's purpose lives, and none of it needs the AI. In Zunoform every scoring feature is available on every plan, including Free with 500 responses a month.

For most quizzes, no. When results are revealed only at the end, Zunoform removes correct answers, option points, explanations and custom grade bands from the form sent to respondents; the score is calculated on the server at submission, so editing the page in a browser does not change the stored result.

The exception is a quiz that shows or acts on the score mid-form, for example by putting the running {{score}} into a question, or using score in a logic rule to branch. Then the key has to be sent to the browser so the form can calculate as it goes. The builder's Score quiz dialog tells you which case your form is in.

Be clear about the limits as well. Zunoform has no quiz timer and no proctoring, and someone can learn answers by resubmitting unless you turn on one response per person. Use it for practice quizzes, knowledge checks, training and lead-generation quizzes, not for high-stakes exams.
