Product Recommendation Quiz template
A product finder quiz where every option carries points. Six scored questions build a running total in the {{score}} variable, a statement screen reads the score back with the tier it maps to, and an email question delivers the full recommendation. Scoring is evaluated server-side when the response is submitted, so the result can't be tampered with from the browser — and the whole thing runs on the free plan.

When to use this template
- An ecommerce store with three product tiers, replacing a comparison table that shoppers bounce off
- Skincare, supplements, and other categories where the right product depends on the person more than the specification sheet
- SaaS pricing pages using a quiz instead of a feature matrix to answer "which plan is right for me?"
- Paid social campaigns, where an interactive quiz earns the email address that a plain signup form does not
Tips to get more from it
- Point values are set per option in the field editor, and the score bands in the statement screen (under 80, 80 to 150, above 150) are just text — retune both together when you change your tiers or your questions.
- The features question is a scored multi-select, so a shopper who wants everything scores higher than one who wants simplicity. That's usually the correct behavior for a tier recommendation.
- The statement screen reads the total back with {{score}}, which makes the quiz feel like it computed something rather than guessed. Keep the wording concrete about what each band means.
- The email question sits after the score reveal, not before. Shoppers who have already seen a result are markedly more willing to hand over an address for the details.
Questions people ask
How does quiz scoring work in Zunoform?
Each option can carry points that add into a score variable, and the total is calculated server-side when the response is submitted. Scoring is included on the free plan.
Can I show a different result for each score range?
The template reads the score back on a statement screen with the bands spelled out. For fully separate result pages, add multiple ending screens and jump rules that route each score range to its own.
Can I change the questions and point values?
Yes, all of them. Points are edited per option in the field editor, and you should retune the score bands in the statement text to match whatever you set.
Do respondents see their score?
In this template, yes — the statement screen shows the total and what it means. You can remove that screen if you'd rather the recommendation only arrive by email.
