Marketing form templates

Marketing forms live or die on completion rate, which mostly means asking less. These templates keep the field count low and put the ask where it belongs — after the value is clear, not before.

What makes these forms work

Email first, everything else optional

Every field after the email address costs you signups. If you can enrich the record later from a CRM, don't ask for it now.

Get consent explicitly, in the form

A checkbox asking permission to email them is both good practice and legally safer than an assumption. Conditional logic can subscribe only the people who tick it.

Make the reward immediate

For lead magnets, the ending page should deliver the thing — a download link, the discount code, the calendar invite. A form that promises an email later loses people at the last step.

Questions people ask

Can these forms add people to my email list automatically?

Yes. The Mailchimp integration adds respondents to an audience as they submit, and HubSpot creates contacts. Both are on the Pro plan; Google Sheets and Zapier are free if you'd rather route it that way.

Do free forms show branding?

Free forms carry a small "Powered by Zunoform" badge. Removing it is $14.99/month — for comparison, Typeform charges $56/month for the same thing.
