How does the conditional logic work?
When “Have you published sponsored work?” is answered “No”, the form skips the intervening follow-up and continues at “Pitch an idea that fits your audience”. Other answers keep the follow-up visible. Test both paths after changing choices or moving questions.
Does the form verify a creator’s reach?
No. Reach and rates are self-reported. Check the linked portfolio and any supporting analytics during your review.
Can I change the logo, imagery and ending?
Yes. COMMON GROUND is an editable example brand. Replace its logo in Design → Branding, change or disable the field’s split layout, and edit the Ending Page message and visual. The original artwork is included as a local template asset.
