Tips to get more from it
- The one-sentence use-case question is the template's engine — its helper text says it decides invite order, which is both true and a reason people answer it well.
- "Just curious" is a legitimate segment on the who-are-you question; invite them later, but don't delete the option, because forced misclassification pollutes the data.
- Urgency answers ("The moment it launches" versus "No rush") plus use case gives you a simple two-axis invite priority. Export the CSV and sort.
- The ending promises no spam between signup and invite. If you plan a build-in-public update cadence instead, say so here.
