Create a calendar event when someone books a time in your form

Add a scheduler question

Drop the Meeting scheduler field into the form and set your availability: which days, which hours, how long a meeting runs, and how much buffer you want between them.

Connect the calendar

Connect Google Calendar, or Outlook if you are on Microsoft 365. The same connection is used both to read busy times and to create the event.

Publish and take bookings

Respondents see only slots that are genuinely free. Confirming the response creates the event; the booking and the rest of their answers arrive as one submission.

What arrives on the other side

An event on the connected calendar at the booked time, plus the booking recorded against the response itself, so you can see who booked which slot next to everything else they answered. The slot is claimed with a unique constraint in the database, which means two people submitting at the same instant cannot take the same time: the second one is rejected and asked to pick again rather than quietly double-booking you. Availability offered to respondents is filtered against your existing busy times, so a slot you are already committed to never appears.

When it fires, and what happens if it fails

Every action on this page fires on a completed response, not on a partial one. The response is stored in Zunoform first and delivered from a queue, so a failure on the far side is retried rather than dropped. One thing to plan for: responses collected before you switch the integration on are not replayed. Delivery starts from the moment it is enabled, and anything earlier stays in your dashboard for CSV export.

Questions people ask

Can two people book the same slot?

No. Slots are claimed atomically through a unique database constraint, so a simultaneous second booking fails rather than being written twice. This is enforced in the database, not by a check that could race.

Does this need a Calendly subscription?

No, and it replaces one for this particular job. The booking happens inside your form, so the qualifying questions and the chosen time arrive together instead of the respondent being handed off to a second site. Calendly remains the more complete product for standalone booking pages with team routing.

Which calendars are supported, and on which plan?

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, both on the free plan, along with the scheduler question itself. Personal Outlook accounts and Microsoft 365 work accounts both authorize, subject to your tenant's admin consent rules.
