Tips to get more from it

Pickup and return are date fields with time enabled and future dates only, so "Friday 2pm" arrives as a real timestamp instead of free text your staff has to interpret.
The terms statement covers fuel, late returns, tolls and fines, smoking, and the security hold. Replace it wholesale with your own counsel-approved terms — the confirmation checklist below it is what records that the renter read them.
