Tips to get more from it

Dues are a fixed $120 on the payment question. Change the amount in the field editor if your rates differ, or add a membership-level choice question and switch the payment to price-per-option.
"How did you hear about us?" has Other enabled, so answers you did not predict still get captured verbatim instead of forcing a wrong pick.
The interests question doubles as a volunteer pipeline — filter the CSV export for "Committee work" when recruiting for your next AGM.
The address field is a proper structured address block, not a text box, so mailing labels export cleanly.

Questions people ask

Can I collect membership dues through the form?

Yes. The payment step charges through your own Stripe or PayPal account with your keys, and Zunoform takes no cut of the transaction. Publishing a form with a payment field requires the Pro plan at $14.99/mo.

What if my club charges different rates for students or seniors?

Add a choice question for membership type and point the payment question's price source at it, giving each option its own price. The total shown at checkout follows the member's selection.
