Course Registration templatePRO: uses payment, publishing needs a Pro plan

A course registration form that enrolls and charges in one sitting. Students pick a course, choose between evening and weekend schedules, note their experience level, and pay — the payment step pulls its price from the course selection, so a $149 Python course and a $99 public-speaking course each charge correctly without separate forms.

When to use this template

A community learning center running eight-week evening and weekend courses each term
A yoga or dance studio selling multi-week course blocks rather than drop-in classes
An independent instructor offering three or four priced courses from one registration link
A corporate training provider enrolling employees into scheduled cohorts with per-course fees

Tips to get more from it

Each course option carries its price in the label, and the payment field's price map keys off that exact text — when you rename a course or change its fee, update both places.
The familiarity question ("Total beginner" to "Refreshing old skills") is the cheapest way to plan your first lesson; skim it before the cohort meets.
The schedule question keeps evening and weekend cohorts inside one form, so you see demand per time slot in the responses rather than guessing.
Payments run on your own Stripe or PayPal keys with no revenue share; the payment field requires the Pro plan ($14.99/mo) to publish.

Questions people ask

Can students pay the course fee inside the form?

Yes. The payment field charges the price mapped to the selected course through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Zunoform takes no cut; publishing a form with payments requires the Pro plan at $14.99/mo.

How do I change the courses and prices?

Every question is editable — update the course options in the field editor, then adjust the matching amounts in the payment field's price map so the checkout total follows.

Can I cap enrollment when a course fills?

There is no automatic seat cap, but you can watch the response count per course in the dashboard and remove a full course's option, or unpublish the form once the term is full.
