Tips to get more from it

The transcript upload is limited to one document and the letters upload to two, both capped at 10 MB and restricted to document types — applicants physically cannot send you a zip of miscellany.
GPA is a number field, so it sorts correctly in the CSV export; committees can rank by GPA in a spreadsheet before reading a single essay.
The personal statement's description asks for goals and how the scholarship advances them — a sharper prompt than "tell us about yourself," and worth preserving when you edit.
The recommendation-letter upload is optional by default, accommodating programs where letters arrive separately; make it required in the field editor if letters must come with the application.
