Tips to get more from it
- The scheduler is set to 60-minute slots between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 30-minute buffer between jobs and 24 hours' minimum notice. Change all of that on the question to match how you actually work.
- Slots sync with Google or Outlook Calendar, so a slot you block off elsewhere stops being offered here. Double bookings are prevented at the database level rather than by hoping two people don't tap at once.
- The access question drives a skip rule — "I'll be home" hides the entry-details field, so only customers leaving a lockbox or code are asked for one.
- Bathroom count is a number field, not a dropdown, so it sorts numerically in the CSV export when you are estimating a week's hours.

Can customers book a real appointment slot in the form?

Will it stop two customers booking the same slot?
Yes — a booked slot is held by a unique constraint in the database, so the second person to tap the same slot is told it is gone rather than quietly double-booking your morning.

It syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, so time blocked in your own calendar is not offered to customers, and confirmed bookings show up where you already look.
