Tips to get more from it

The delivery branch is what makes the totals comparable: answer 'delivery is included' and the separate charge field disappears; answer otherwise and it's captured as its own number. Either way you can add two columns in the export and get the real figure.
The quoted total is specified as USD excluding tax. If you buy in multiple currencies, add a currency dropdown next to it rather than letting suppliers guess.
The validity date is a required date field, which turns 'prices subject to change' into something with an actual deadline attached — sort your responses by it before a decision meeting.
The welcome copy asks suppliers not to attach a PDF and leave the pricing questions blank. That single sentence is what keeps the structured comparison from collapsing back into document review.
