Tips to get more from it

The format question carries a skip rule — "Online" hides the meeting-spot question, while "In person" reveals it. That single rule is why the form feels short to half your requesters.
"What are you working toward?" is where matching actually happens; an exam date or grade goal in that answer tells you the urgency and the right tutor profile.
