Questions people ask
How does the conditional logic work?
When “Are we building on an existing brand?” is answered “No”, the form skips the intervening follow-up and continues at “Who should this project reach?”. Other answers keep the follow-up visible. Test both paths after changing choices or moving questions.
Does this template generate a quote?
No. It gathers a working budget and scope for human review. There is no automatic estimate, contract or payment request.
Can I change the logo, imagery and ending?
Yes. FORME STUDIO is an editable example brand. Replace its logo in Design → Branding, change or disable the field’s split layout, and edit the Ending Page message and visual. The original artwork is included as a local template asset.
