Tips to get more from it
- The skills checklist ships with developer defaults (JavaScript, Python, React, and so on) and an Other write-in — swap the options per role, since a barista and a backend engineer shouldn't see the same list.
- Resume upload is the only required file, set to accept documents. Leave the portfolio URL optional; forcing a link filters out strong candidates in non-visual roles.
- The work-type question (Remote / Hybrid / On-site) is a cheap early filter — mismatched expectations here waste more interview hours than any skills gap.
- The ending screen promises a reply within a week. Change it to your real timeline; candidates remember broken promises longer than rejections.
