How does the conditional logic work?
When “Will you need overnight accommodation?” is answered “No”, the form skips the intervening follow-up and continues at “Preferred arrival date”. Other answers keep the follow-up visible. Test both paths after changing choices or moving questions.
Does submission reserve rooms?
No. The form records preferences for the host to review. It has no connected room inventory or automatic reservation step.
Can I change the logo, imagery and ending?
Yes. FERN RETREATS is an editable example brand. Replace its logo in Design → Branding, change or disable the field’s split layout, and edit the Ending Page message and visual. The original artwork is included as a local template asset.
