How does the conditional logic work?
When “Have you used a spreadsheet before?” is answered “No”, the form skips the intervening follow-up and continues at “Which formula adds cells A1 through A5?”. Other answers keep the follow-up visible. Test both paths after changing choices or moving questions.
How is the quiz scored?
Each of the three marked answers is worth one point, for a maximum of three. The ending uses the form’s quiz scoring to show the result and correct-answer recap.
Can I change the logo, imagery and ending?
