Getting the right link
In Google Forms, click Send, choose the link tab, and copy the URL — it will look like docs.google.com/forms/d/e/…/viewform. Optionally tick the shortened link option first.
Don't use the edit URL (the one ending in /edit). That link only works for people with edit access, and a poster full of permission errors is a bad afternoon.
Test the printed code with two different phones before you print a hundred of them.
Questions people ask
Will the QR code stop working if I edit the form?
No. The code encodes the form's URL, and editing questions doesn't change that URL. Deleting the form or closing it to responses will break it.
Is there a watermark or scan limit?
Neither. The code is generated in your browser and encodes your link directly, so there's nothing to limit and no logo added.
