What makes these forms work
Never send someone elsewhere to pick a time
A form that ends in "we will email you a link to book" loses people at exactly the moment they were most willing. Zunoform's scheduler is a question type inside the form, not a redirect to a second site.
Sync the calendar so you are not offering times you do not have
The scheduler syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, so busy time is not offered. Double-booking is prevented at the database level by a unique constraint rather than by hoping two people do not click at once.
Ask what the meeting is for before you ask when
The reason shapes the length and the person. Put one qualifying question ahead of the time picker so the booking arrives with enough context to be useful.

Do I need Calendly as well?

What stops two people booking the same slot?
A unique constraint in the database, enforced at write time. It is not a front-end check that can be raced by two people submitting at the same moment — the second write fails and the slot is offered to only one of them.
