Survey templates

A survey is only as good as the questions people bother to finish. These templates keep the sample honest: neutral wording, one idea per question, and a length someone will actually complete on a phone between two other things.

What makes these forms work

One idea per question

"How satisfied are you with our speed and support?" cannot be answered by anyone who feels differently about the two. Split it. Double-barrelled questions are the most common way a survey produces unusable data.

Skip what does not apply

Conditional logic keeps each respondent on their own path, so nobody answers questions about a feature they have never used. Shorter perceived length, cleaner data, and it is on every plan including free.

Decide what anonymous means before you promise it

If you tell people a survey is anonymous, the form should not be quietly logging IP addresses. Zunoform's anonymous setting stores no IP, user agent, referrer, geolocation, language or screen size, and strips identifiers from partial rows too.

Questions people ask

Is the NPS question type free?

The NPS question is one of three Pro-only question types, along with e-signature and payment, and it is gated at publish rather than while you build. You can design with it on the free plan, and a rating scale is a free substitute that produces a comparable number.

Are these surveys really anonymous?

They can be, and the setting is specific about it: no IP address, user agent, referrer, geolocation, language or screen size stored, with those identifiers also removed from partial responses. No competitor on our comparison pages offers the equivalent, which is why we mention it rather than assuming it is standard.
